Hi, this is some of the importance of my American way of life.
1. What have you included in this video?
In this video I have included the important thing in my daily routine. I chose not to put in my general interest in life but how much of that interest participates in my daily activities. I chose to add main components in my life like family and friends and some other daily interests.
2. Explain how different parts of the video relate to your way of life.
The beginning of the video is my past and how my AWOL has changed. In the past I was very focused on others and focused my life on that. As I start to change, the video shows more of me and some of my own interest that I begin to develop. Having the volley ball, chalk drawing and piercing picture all represents me developing my new way of life. Then the following pictures represent daily life of acceptance, just being myself with others who can share my views. The photos of the cat and fish symbolize the biggest part of my future, that being my love for animals and where I see my heading in that direction.
3. What’s seems good about your way of life? What’s bad? What’s neutral?
I think my way of life is completely neutral. I do what pleases me everyday. There are no extremes in my way of life that im doing that I would say is bad or god.
4. What would you have liked to have included, that is important to your way of life, but weren't able to?
I think I got all the major points that I was trying to show but if I had more time I would have liked to ass more videos in between the photos. For example maybe practicing with the team, or me in the painting studio working on my latest project.
5. What’s going on with your way of life? What seems to be the general pattern or direction or point or situation? The pattern I chose to put my video in is how things affect my life and how I change from it. Then I move on to how things are affecting my future.
6. Does your way of life seem like a “typical American Way of Life”? Why or why not? I would say so because in the video I am doing things that most Americas do. I hang out with my friends and family on a daily basis, I also participate in activates that I enjoy that almost every American does. And I left the video off looking in the future, something that all Americans think about or plan about. I am no extraordinary person so I guess I would represent the typical average American. 7. What aspects of your way of life seem really interesting to you – you’d like to think about them more deeply, figure out how this sort of thing developed historically, what’s going to happen to this aspect of your way of life within your lifetime? What questions do you have about these really interesting aspects of your way of life? I think the interesting aspects of my video have to be my interest and then how that works in to my love for animals. Finding out things that I like and then turning that into a goal in significant to me. Finding out what I love to do works into my future. I am trying to head my life in that direction so I think that’s interesting in my way of life. A major question I have is that if my interest can become my future. I don’t really want to make the mistake and realize later that it was just a stupid high school choice.
