8.What is wealth inequality?
Wealth inequality represents the difference one has in positions. Since wealth is the amount of things one has, having the income to buy things relates a lot to it, tow people having the same income does not mean that they have the same wealth.

9.How does wealth inequality affect taxpayers?
Wealth inequality does not affect the way people pay their taxes. In the handbook of taxation it shows that there is no efficient way to measure ones wealth, it has no effect on the process of paying taxes. “There is, however, overall evidence that the concentration of wealth is not decreasing in the United States. In 1962, 32 percent of wealth was owned by 1 percent of taxpayers who were wealthiest.” (Handbook on taxation)
